Create study

  1. Enter study title. Ensure that the name of the study is concise and informative so ease the users search when browsing the plaftform for studies.
  2. Enter here a short name for your study replacing any space by . or _ characters. This short name will be used to generate short and easy to identify links pointing to your study.
  3. Enter study abstract. The abstract should not exceed a few sentences and can be further edited later on if needed. In the next steps, you will be asked to fill out a section dedicated to a detailed description of the study.

  1. Edit your contact details for this study. The main contact will receive all notifications of changes and comments for the study. The main contact doesn't have to be an author of the study.
  2. Edit or add contributors to this study. Contrubitors can read and edit the study information. Contributors don't have to be authors of the study.

Note that only Study owners can edit the main contact and invite new contributors.

  2. Select the endpoints relevant to this stud. If your endpoint is not listed below, contact the admin to get it added. It is important that the same endpoints are selected in the associated protocols. It is also important to thoroughly select the endpoint(s) as they will be used as filters when searching for studies on the platform.
  3. Add publications relevant to this study. Publications are documents describing the study itself, they are not references.
  4. Add or edit the authors list of this study. Authors will ne bot able to edit the protocol details. If you want and author to be able to edit details, make him/her a contributor.
  5. Disclose any conflict of interest and funding.
  6. Indicate which guidelines (e.g. OECD, ISO) are the basis of the protocol being described.
