New WYSIWYG editor, views analytics, multilingual support, and implemented workflow for editorial board

- INTERVALS now uses TinyMCE as WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor with much improved functionalities, including power copy-pasting from Word, spellcheck, better code editor, and much more.
- New tools & resources page replaces the resources and documentation center page.
- INTERVALS now supports multiple languages. Japanese version of some of the pages will be available soon.

Proof-of-concept platform
Development and release of a proof-of-concept platform with a read-only view of content published by PMI on a restricted set of studies performed by PMI on the Tobacco Heating System version 2.2 (THS2.2) platform for external panels of experts to get access to details and datasets and review methods and study results. The platform has been described in Boue et al, 2017.
